Parts cleaner and immersion bath – IBS Scherer load capacity 250 kg

The IBS parts cleaning devices, types W-100 and W-250, offer a powerful solution for the manual brush cleaning of oil- and grease-soiled components and operate with neutral or alkaline, water-based cleaning agents. Both models feature integrated heating, which supports the cleaning process and ensures particularly thorough results.
The devices combine manual brush cleaning with the option of treating components in an immersion bath. By pressing the foot switch, the heated cleaning fluid is fed directly through the hollow brush, allowing dirt to be removed effortlessly. Additionally, the upper work surface can be easily opened to place parts directly into the fluid tank for cleaning in the immersion bath. This dual functionality offers high flexibility for a wide variety of cleaning requirements.
The robust stainless steel construction, in combination with the galvanised slatted grid, makes both versions particularly durable. Both devices are designed so that the cleaning medium reliably flows back into the drum via the lower-set drain and the integrated drain slopes, and does not overflow. This ensures a clean and safe workplace as well as efficient use of the cleaning agent. The complete IBS pump set, type W-100/W-250, consisting of the proven, self-priming and completely maintenance-free IBS special pump, is included in the scope of delivery.
