Parts cleaner, space-saving – IBS Scherer load capacity 80 kg with lid

The space-saving IBS parts cleaner was specially developed for the manual brush cleaning of oil- and grease-soiled parts with cold cleaners based on petroleum-based hydrocarbon mixtures and offers an efficient solution for professional industrial and workshop applications. The version with a lid can be mounted directly on a 200-litre drum and therefore requires minimal space, while the generous work surface of 790 x 540 millimetres and the load capacity of up to 80 kilograms ensure that even large and heavy components can be cleaned easily. The stable, powder-coated sheet steel construction and the robust, galvanised slatted grating ensure particularly high durability and resilience in daily use.
Thanks to the lower-set drain and the integrated drain slopes, the used cleaner flows back into the drum completely and in a controlled manner, which prevents overflowing and ensures a clean work area. The user-friendly foot switch technology allows for convenient and safe operation, as the hands remain free for the actual cleaning work. The heart of the device is the unique IBS special pump, which was specially designed for use in IBS parts cleaning devices and is self-priming, pressureless, and absolutely trouble- and maintenance-free. For immediate, ready-to-start use, the complete IBS pump set is already included in the delivery, so the device can be put into operation immediately and provides a reliable, economical, and durable cleaning solution.
