Parts cleaner type Maxi 91-2 – IBS Scherer load capacity 200 kg

The Maxi 91-2 automatic washing machine, made from robust stainless steel, is used for parts cleaning in production, manufacturing and maintenance. Oil and grease contamination, e.g. on bolts, sleeves, and ball bearings, are removed in a very short time. When setting up, uneven flooring can be compensated for by the individually height-adjustable feet.

The contaminated items to be cleaned are placed in the rotating washing basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the machine is switched on and the cleaning solution in the tank is heated.

The motor-driven basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis inside the closed machine. It is driven by a V-belt via a separate motor.

Two horizontally arranged pump units draw the cleaning solution from the washing tank and convey it through six stainless steel nozzle pipes with overlapping flat jet nozzles onto the items to be cleaned, which are sprayed intensively from all sides with the hot cleaning solution. After the cleaning process is finished, the machine switches off automatically.

The machine features a stainless steel sieve plate with a filter basket above the washing tank, as well as a vapour exhaust, and is protected against water shortage. An additional small parts cleaning basket made of stainless steel (Ø 170 mm) extends the range of applications.
