The Jumbo Mini 60 parts washer, made of robust stainless steel, is used for cleaning parts in production, manufacturing and maintenance. Oil and grease contamination, e.g. on bolts, sleeves, and ball bearings, are removed in a very short time.
The dirty items are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the machine is switched on and the cleaning solution in the tank is heated.
The basket, driven by the water jet, rotates on its own axis at a constant speed inside the closed machine. The horizontally arranged pump unit draws the washing solution from the washing tank and delivers it at a rate of 70 l/min through three stainless steel nozzle pipes with overlapping flat jet nozzles onto the items to be cleaned, which are sprayed intensively from all sides with the hot solution. At the end of the cleaning process, the machine switches off automatically.
The machine features a stainless steel sieve plate with filter inlets above the washing tank, as well as a vapour exhaust, and is protected against low water levels. An additional small parts cleaning basket made of stainless steel (Ø 170 mm) extends the range of applications.
