The IBS parts cleaner A is the professional solution for the manual cleaning of oil- and grease-soiled components with cold cleaners based on petroleum-based hydrocarbon mixtures. Thanks to its flat, compact and mobile design, the device can be easily brought directly to the point of use. The four castor wheels make the brush washing table particularly manoeuvrable – ideal for mobile use, for example, directly on the vehicle for axle or component cleaning.
With a work surface of 850 x 390 mm and a load capacity of up to 100 kg, the cleaning device is excellently suited for heavy and more solid components. The high-quality, powder-coated sheet steel construction and the galvanised slatted grating ensure extreme stability and a long service life – even under demanding industrial conditions.
The low-set drain and the integrated drain slopes ensure a clean, safe return flow of the cold cleaner into the barrel. This effectively prevents overflowing, which ensures a constantly controlled and clean work area. The user-friendly foot switch technology allows for intuitive and safe operation, while both hands remain free for the actual cleaning.
The heart of the system is the IBS special pump, which was specially developed for the IBS parts cleaning devices. It operates in a self-priming, pressureless and completely maintenance-free manner and thereby ensures permanently reliable operation with minimal effort.
