High-pressure parts cleaning system for complex geometries
The BIO-CIRCLE HP-ISI is a powerful cleaning machine for heavily soiled parts with complex shapes. With high pressure up to 60 bar, it effortlessly removes encrusted oils and greases. The preset cleaning temperature of 45 °C ensures efficient cleaning with low energy consumption, while the insulated tank minimises heat loss. Thanks to the integrated oxygen supply, the bath lifespan is extended by microorganisms. The wash table carries loads up to 350 kg and can be loaded by crane. Optionally, a manual turntable facilitates the cleaning of heavy parts. An LED interior light ensures optimal visibility, while the fan and air nozzle keep the pane splash-free. Operation is conveniently performed via a foot switch, and a pull-out step enables comfortable working for users of various sizes.
