The IBS Profi parts cleaning device was specially developed for the manual brush cleaning of oil- and grease-soiled parts with cold cleaner (petroleum-based hydrocarbon mixtures).
This industrial version at an ergonomic workbench height (870 mm) is characterised by its large work surface (1135 x 660 mm) and the high load capacity of 250 kg or 500 kg. This makes this brush wash stand ideally suited for the cleaning of large and heavy parts.
The stable, powder-coated sheet steel construction and the robust, galvanised slatted grid guarantee a long service life. The lower-set drain as well as the sloped drains ensure that everything flows back into the barrel and the cleaner cannot overflow.
The convenient and safe foot switch technology is user-friendly and easy to operate. Suitable for barrels with a volume of 200 litres.
The unique IBS special pump is the heart of the IBS parts cleaning devices and is designed for use in IBS parts cleaning devices. The pump is self-priming, operates without pressure and is completely trouble- and maintenance-free.
