Product description
  • Dolly with steering wheels Ø 160 mm with brakes
  • Inclined conveyor adjustable by rack and pinion winch with safety crank
  • Autonomous control
The series 39000 loading and unloading conveyor was developed for the economical handling of general cargo. Any height differences of lorry loading beds or other means of transport can be compensated for very quickly and continuously on the belt conveyor. This applies to both the infeed and the discharge side. The standard feeder belt enables the problem-free transfer of the conveyed goods onto the inclined conveyor. The main belt is adjusted using a rack and pinion winch with a safety crank, whereby the attached scissor conveyor follows the set angle of inclination accordingly. Hydraulic operation is possible on request. A universal scissor roller conveyor, which is flexible in length and curve capability, enables the correct positioning of the conveyed goods on the loading platform. The length of the scissor conveyor is adjusted according to the fill level. On request, the loading and unloading conveyor can be manufactured ex-works to be reversible and switchable at both ends of the belt. The entire belt conveyor can be used universally and flexibly thanks to its rubber-tyred castors with brakes. The loading and unloading conveyor has a load capacity of 30 kg/m.
