- Filler material (PyroBubbles®) between inner and outer container – ideal fire protection due to smothering and cooling effect of the filler material
- Base clearance – for easy transport using a forklift truck or pallet truck
Steel storage containers for safe indoor and outdoor storage of damaged and defective lithium-ion batteries or lithium-ion rechargeable batteries.
Sturdy construction made of hot dip galvanised sheet steel with stacking corners.
Lockable cover with spring release and handle.
Removable inner container.
Clearance height 100 mm.
Patented filler material PyroBubbles® (silicon dioxide granulate) between inner and outer container – ideal fire protection due to smothering and cooling effect of the filler material.

The design of the container is therefore based on the property insurers' data sheet on handling lithium-ion rechargeable batteries.
Approvals for storage containers for lithium ion rechargeable batteries can therefore only be applied for at a future point in time.
