The AERO-SELECT vacuum lifter impresses with its universally adjustable forklift pockets, which allow for adaptation to almost all forklift trucks from renowned manufacturers. It offers maximum flexibility, as it can be used both on the crane hook and on forklift pockets for transporting sheets, plastics, and panels.

The comfortable operation from the driver's cabin allows the forklift driver to conveniently control the suction and release process via a remote control panel. The compact design simultaneously ensures the best possible maximisation of the driver's field of vision. Large all-round indicator lights show the vacuum level in real-time and provide information about the system's operational readiness. Thanks to the mains-independent, battery-powered version, the AERO-SELECT guarantees long battery life and short charging cycles. The battery level is visible at all times via the battery indicator. An intelligent pump control system regulates the activity level of the vacuum pump, which equally increases battery life and performance.

The integrated water separator protects the system from moisture and dirt, while high-quality full elastomer seals ensure damage-free, gentle transport. With its robust steel welded construction of frame and crossbeams and the generously dimensioned vacuum reservoir, the vacuum lifter with an intelligent warning device ensures maximum process and occupational safety. For changing transport material dimensions, the individual shut-off capability of the suction pads via manual slide valves ensures minimal setup times. The intelligent suction pad concept also enables particularly easy maintenance: worn suction seals can be replaced almost without tools and within a few seconds.
