The Rollguards pallet separator made of moulded fibre offers a reliable and sustainable solution for the safe stacking, storage and transport of material rolls. Thanks to the specially shaped contact surfaces with precisely fitting indentations, cylindrical products are securely fixed and effectively protected against slipping. This ensures maximum transport safety and optimal utilisation of pallet and storage space.
The Rollguards are suitable for a variety of applications – from film, paper and textile rolls to metal pipes and fence rolls. The lightweight yet dimensionally stable moulded fibre material ensures easy handling and reduces transport costs. The shock-absorbing structure also protects the rolls from shocks and vibrations during storage and shipping. At the same time, the separators are impressive due to their resource-saving properties: the moulded fibre material consists of 100% recycled paper fibres, can be returned to the paper cycle after use, or can alternatively be composted.
