Electric, explosion protected drum pump set for 200 litre drums – for easily combustible media.
Max. 82 l/min, max. 9 m height, max. viscosity 400 mPas, max. density 1.3 g/cm³.
Stainless steel pump unit, crosslinked polyethylene hose, brass nozzle with PTFE seals.
Drum pump motor
230 V, 50/60 Hz, 460 W, protection class II 2G Ex db IIC T6 Gb, IP55, overload protection with zero voltage trip, 5 m cable without plug (please note that the customer is responsible for connection).
EC type test by Bureau Veritas EPS 17 ATEX 1 088 X and IECEx certificate IECEx EPS 17.0045 X.
Pump unit
Stainless steel 1.4571, external Ø 41 mm, connection thread G 1 1/4'' stainless steel shaft, immersion tube length 1000 mm for 200 litre drum, EC type test ZELM 09 ATEX 0424 X.
2 m conductive multi-purpose hose, 1'' (NW 25).
2 stainless steel hose connections, IG 1 1/4'' or IG 1''.
1 nickel plated brass nozzle with PTFE seals.
1 potential equalisation cable set for earthing the pump.
