The internal circuit switching using rotary knob on the side guarantees high accuracy and allows use of the scales anywhere.
The alibi memory allows weighing results to be archived in paperless form, ensuring the results of weighing processes subject to calibration regulations can also be evaluated and processed electronically in accordance with regulations. The scales can also be adjusted in battery mode without mains power.
The standardised, convenient KERN operating philosophy is consistent on all products when it comes design, menu structure, key functions, the interface connection and interface protocol. The menu features many settings that can be customised so that, for example, key tones can be defined, a key can be assigned different functions for faster access, and the print protocol can be adapted to suit requirements. A menu lock prevents unauthorised access.
The scales are ideal for connection to laboratory information systems (LIMS). GLP/ISO logging of weighing data, adjustment of scales etc. with date, time and ID number.
The KERN Universal Port (KUP) allows the connection of external KUP interface adapters, such as RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, WiFi or Ethernet, for the exchange of data and control commands, without any installation work. The scales can be queried and controlled remotely by means of a computer or CRM/ERP systems using the KERN communication protocol. A hook for below balance weighing and a protective cover are included with the delivery.
