The IoT-Line BXC floor scale stands for intelligent weighing technology at the highest level. It combines the proven precision of an industrial platform scale with the possibilities of modern IoT networking. This makes it the future-oriented solution for companies that want to digitalise their weighing processes, capture data in real-time and make their operational workflows more efficient.

Thanks to its integrated IoT interfaces, it is optimally suited for use in Industry 4.0 environments. Weight data can be transmitted in real-time via Bluetooth, WLAN or Ethernet. This allows the scale to be effortlessly integrated into digital production systems, ERP software or quality management solutions. This connectivity enables full traceability, automated data acquisition and transparent process monitoring.

With a readability from 0.5 kg, the BXC floor scale offers high accuracy and reliability for a wide range of applications – from goods inwards and production control to dispatch logistics. The robust weighing platform, made of powder-coated steel with a non-slip chequer plate surface, is designed for continuous daily use in industrial environments. The weighing plate is screwed from above with stainless steel screws, making it easy to remove. The desk stand, including a wall bracket for the evaluation unit, is included as standard. Four hermetically sealed stainless steel load cells ensure maximum stability and durability, while IP68 dust and splash water protection guarantees reliable operation even under demanding conditions.

The modern display and evaluation unit impresses with intuitive operation, large digits and clear menu navigation. It can be flexibly mounted on the wall, on a desk or on a tripod. Numerous additional functions such as piece counting, percentage determination, tolerance control and summation support users with precise and efficient weighing tasks. The IoT-Line BXC floor scale offers easy maintenance: access to the junction box is from above, which simplifies servicing and calibration. The scale can be operated via mains power or optionally via battery, making it suitable for mobile applications.

With its combination of robustness, precision and digital intelligence, it is a future-proof solution for modern industrial companies. It helps to automate processes, optimise data streams and increase efficiency along the entire value chain. This makes it far more than a classic industrial scale – it is an integral part of the networked IoT production world and actively supports companies on their path to digital transformation.
