UIB pallet scale – KERN steel

The UIB pallet scale is a powerful and versatile industrial scale, which was specially developed for weighing pallets, roll containers, and large transport goods. Thanks to its practical U-shape, the scale can be easily driven onto with pallet trucks or forklifts. This saves time, reduces physical strain, and ensures a fast workflow during goods receipt, order picking, or dispatch.

Thanks to battery operation and its compact, lightweight design, it is suitable for use at multiple locations. The scale can be conveniently transported using castors and a handle and stored in a space-saving manner. A protective cover is supplied complete.

With a readability from 0.5 kg, the industrial scale offers high accuracy even with large loads. Its massive steel construction with a non-slip ribbed sheet steel platform ensures stability and safety in every application. Four high-precision load cells with IP67 ingress protection ensure reliable measurement results – even in demanding industrial environments with dust or moisture. The supplied evaluation unit with a large LCD display enables a clear, easily readable display of the measurement results. The user-friendly menu navigation and the robust housing design make operation simple and safe. Functions such as piece counting, summation, tolerance control, and checkweighing expand the range of applications and make the scale a true all-round scale for industrial applications.

Optionally, it can also be used with battery power, making it mobile and independent of the mains power supply. With optional interfaces such as RS-232, Bluetooth, or WLAN, it can be seamlessly integrated into digital workflows and ERP systems – an ideal basis for Industry 4.0 applications.
