Hazardous goods shelf container for passive storage – LaCont HxWxD 3660 x 7060 x 1530 mm

The water protection specialist container consists of a robust frame construction with hollow and rolled profiles and, together with a 5 mm tightly welded and tested sump tray, ensures high safety for the passive storage of flammable liquids of GHS category 1 – 3 and water-hazardous liquids of GHS category 1 – 4.
Removable, hot-dip galvanised gratings guarantee stability and easy cleaning processes, while galvanised liquid diversion sheets provide additional safety in the event of an accident. The container shell painted in RAL 5015 sky blue and lockable sliding gates made of sheet metal ensure high corrosion protection. The snow load is 1.56 kN/m² according to DIN EN 1991-1-3/NA2) sk =.

Supplied complete as standard are crane eyelets for transport when empty, 100 mm ground clearance for under-ventilation, hot-dip galvanised base plates including earthing connection points as well as composite anchors for fixing the container.

Notes:
When storing flammable liquids of GHS category 1 – 3, the required safety distance to surrounding buildings, according to TRGS 510, must be observed. If this cannot be guaranteed, we will gladly offer you a solution in F90 construction upon request.

Depending on the outside temperature and solar radiation, the internal temperature can rise significantly. Based on the safety data sheets, the specified limit values and the possibility of co-storage must be checked by the operator.

The use of this water protection specialist container for the intended purpose should be coordinated with the competent authorities in advance. Inspection/acceptance by an expert at the installation site may still be required, in accordance with the applicable national legal regulations.

– Strip foundations according to the foundation plan provided in advance by the manufacturer (installation on composite paving or asphalt is not permissible)
– Unloading, erection, alignment and anchoring – (On-site unloading possible upon request)
– Earthing connection to existing foundation or deep earthing electrodes (stainless steel)
– Internal and external lightning protection of the hazardous material storage according to local installation conditions and valid regulations.
