Lifting work table Supporter with multi-wall structure beech multiplex board

The SUPPORTER assembly tables were specifically developed for manual workstations in production and assembly. Strong physical strain on employees in these areas leads to an increase in illness-related absences due to musculoskeletal disorders. Ergonomic workstation solutions therefore usually pay for themselves very quickly – and incidentally, employee satisfaction and well-being at their workstation increase.
Robust, durable sheet steel construction. The side panels ensure the necessary stability and at the same time protect the lifting and lowering mechanism inside them. High-quality drives on both sides move the work table to the desired level. Operation is manual via a foot pedal. Power-independent use at changing locations is thus easily possible. This is ensured by 4 heavy-duty castors, 2 of which have locking brakes. Usable stroke 310 mm (working height continuously adjustable from 700 to 1000 mm). Construction height 815 mm. Overall height 1125 mm. Platform size 1460 x 740 mm. The synchronizing shaft is located below the shelf.
The beech multiplex worktop is loadable, abrasion and impact resistant, and versatile for use in metal and wood processing or assembly.

Cabinet housing 530 x 500 x 519 mm (width x depth x heigth), drawers with ball guides and full extension (100%). Load capacity 50 kg per drawer, lockable with central locking. Drawer usable heights 2 x 85 mm, 1 x 185 mm. Internal width x depth 450 x 400 mm. Powder coated in light grey/gentian blue.
