The tyre transport trolley is the ideal solution for ergonomic transport, fast and easy wheel changes, and the safe storage of complete sets of wheels.

This item of work equipment is the perfect companion for everyday use in the workshop or warehouse logistics. The wheels are transported directly from the storage area to the place of use at the car without requiring reloading, allowing tyres to be fitted or changed quickly and efficiently. For practical and easy wheel handling, they are removed to the side by rolling them over the tyre support, which also makes them easy to grip. Removing the tyres to the side reduces any strain on employees and decreases the physical effort required at the workplace.

Two swivel castors with double stops and two fixed castors made of solid rubber enable the trolley to be manoeuvred safely and parked when in use. The ergonomic height of the two push handles makes moving it easy. When fitting tyres, the work tool can be positioned next to the car or in the hall flexibly, making strenuous trips carrying the tyres unnecessary. This saves time and costs, because the car tyres are quick to deliver to the right location within the company.

The trolley is suitable for supporting different wheel widths on a platform measuring 970 mm. In order to make optimal use of the space for four wheels, wheel widths of up to 235 mm each are possible. A practical storage area under the tyre support allows additional work materials such as tools, spare parts, fastening materials and gloves to be stored and transported together with the tyres.

The frame of the transport unit is made of powder coated steel and comes in light blue RAL 5012 as standard. Robust construction in industrial quality provides a reliable work tool. The tyre transport trolley is made in our own production facility in Germany and exhibits the highest quality. Individual customisations, special sizes, and other wheel equipment are possible on request.
