Material

The housing and mounting plate of the heavy duty fixed castor are made of solid industrial steel. The wheel body is made of die cast aluminium with thick walls. The running surface of the wheel has a puncture proof coating with non-marking, hardwearing and highly temperature resistant polyurethane (PUR).

Technology + design

Heavy-duty castors from WAGNER are characterised by an extremely high max. load, optimal operator comfort and high quality materials and workmanship. The extremely hardwearing castors are able to withstand the highest loads in industry and trade, and can also be used in non-stop operation for a long period of time. Particularly high quality: the wheel axles are not riveted but bolted instead, which allows the bolt to be retightened or makes the wheel easy to replace. The wheel is fitted with high quality, extremely durable ball bearings for quiet operation and excellent running properties. A thread guard prevents dirt and foreign bodies from entering the axle area.
