The V165 handwheel lockout provides a well-thought-out locking system for the secure isolation of flow valves during maintenance work. With its robust construction of two plastic shells that can be easily snapped together, it completely encloses handwheels up to a diameter of 165 mm. The multi-stage adjustment option ensures flexible adaptation to different valve sizes and areas of application.

The handwheel is secured by the lockout device and can additionally be secured with a padlock. This reliably prevents unintentional re-activation. At the same time, the device serves as a visible marking for intentional closing – an effective combination of Lockout and Tagout.

Ideally suited for securing fluid or gas flows to machinery and equipment, this lockout system supports compliance with safety standards and minimises risks during maintenance operations.
