The foam injector is easy to use, virtually maintenance free, and comes with a 10 m hose and foam lance – the perfect work tool for cleaning large areas. The firm and long lasting foam dissolves stubborn dirt, even on vertical surfaces, depending on how the cleaner functions.
The injector housing is made of stainless steel. There is a connection for an air valve on the injector. The mixing valve was developed to regulate the consistency of the foam in the injector. Air is circulated around the cleaner that is drawn into it in the foam injector. This process produces the foam, which is conveyed through the 10 m hose to the gun. The mixing valve pivots, which allows the hose nozzle to be turned downwards at any time. Once the required foam consistency has been attained, the setting wheel on the mixing valve can be removed and replaced with the cap nut that is included. This prevents unintentional changes to settings on the mixing valve.
