The double ball bearing in the live ring with a live ring seal has minimal live ring play, smooth operation and a long service life due to the special dynamic Blickle riveting. The yellow tread is made of high-quality polyurethane elastomer Blickle Extrathane®, is non-marking, non-staining and exhibits a hardness of 92 Shore A. The wheel body is made of steel. Furthermore, the swivel castor features very high chemical resistance against many aggressive media. The temperature resistance ranges from –20 °C to +70 °C, and also briefly up to +90 °C. There is a reduced load capacity at temperatures above +40 °C.
