Complete modular system set 4 – RAU for workbench

The complete system superstructure set 4 includes:
– 1 x fastening set (cross member) with 2 system supports
– 1 x perforated panel (WxH: bay width – 85 mm x 650 mm) with square system perforation to accommodate tool holders and accessories
– 1 x shelf (WxD: bay width x 300 mm), melamine resin-coated board
– 1 x support rail for holding open-fronted storage bins (open hanging lip on the rear of the storage bins required) and/or a power strip
– 1 x pair of cantilever arms HxD 300 x 550 mm for holding a runner rail/mounting rail (max. 2 units)
– 2 x runner rails/mounting rails for holding a light strip and/or a trolley with karabiner
– 1 x trolley with karabiner for holding a spring balancer, balancer, etc.
– 1 x workplace light (width 590 mm for bay width 750 – 1000 mm or width 1190 mm for bay widths 1250 – 2000 mm), linear luminaire with on/off switch, mains cable with plug, electronic ballast (ECG), ingress protection IP20, power 25 watts. Colour temperature neutral white 5000 Kelvin, maximum illuminance approx. 1300 lux, luminous flux approx. 3000 lumens

For workbench widths of 2500 and 3000 mm, each component of the set is included twice and four times respectively.

The installation height of the add-on elements is adjustable within the system supports. The fastening set (cross member) is attached to the system base frame at the rear under the worktop. The system supports (aluminium profile 40 x 40 mm) are screwed to the fastening set (cross member) using T-slot nuts (height adjustable) and run upwards behind the worktop, so that the entire depth of the worktop remains free (no screwing onto the worktop). The system supports have a profile slot on all 4 sides, so that they can be used on all sides.
