Product description

  • Ergonomic working height and maintenance free technology
  • Ideal for use in workshop/maintenance department
  • Made in Germany
The IBS parts cleaning device type G-50-W was specially developed for manual brush cleaning of parts coated with oil and grease using cold cleaning agents (petroleum based hydrocarbon formulations).

This closed workshop model with an ergonomic workbench height (895 mm) comes with a work surface measuring 646 x 465 mm. The stable and compact design make this brush washing table suitable for cleaning small and lightweight parts weighing up to 150 kg.

The sturdy, powder coated sheet steel construction and the robust, zinc plated grating with slats guarantee a long service life. The low position of the drain and its slant ensure that everything flows back into the tank, and that the cleaner cannot overflow.

The convenient and safe foot switch technology is user friendly and easy to operate. Suitable for drums with a capacity of 50 litres.

The unique, special IBS pump is the centrepiece of the IBS parts cleaning devices and is designed for use in IBS parts cleaning devices. The pump is self-priming, unpressurised and absolutely fault free and maintenance free.
