The parts cleaning device was specially developed for the manual brush cleaning of oil- and grease-soiled parts with cold cleaner (petroleum-based hydrocarbon mixtures).
This mobile device with wheels (hand truck principle) is suitable for mobile use in various locations. With a small (version up to 40 kg load capacity) and a medium-sized work surface (version up to 100 kg load capacity) and the working height of 920 mm, this brush cleaning table is suitable for cleaning small to heavier parts.
The sturdy, powder-coated sheet steel construction and the robust, galvanised slatted grating guarantee a long service life. The lower-set drain and the drainage slopes ensure that everything flows back into the barrel and the cleaner cannot overflow.
The convenient and safe foot switch technology is user-friendly and easy to operate. Suitable for barrels with a volume of 50 litres.
The unique IBS special pump is the heart of the IBS parts cleaning devices and is designed for use in IBS parts cleaning devices. The pump is self-priming, pressureless and is completely trouble- and maintenance-free.
