ECO drum heating belt – flexible drum heater with infinitely variable temperature control

The ECO drum heating belt enables the targeted heating and reliable keeping warm of media in steel drums. With its infinitely adjustable temperature control and flexible application, this drum heater supports demand-based temperature regulation of a wide variety of liquids.

The silicone heating belt is suitable for 200- to 220-litre steel drums and can be used in versatile ways in industry, production and warehousing. Oils, varnishes, glues and other media can be quickly brought to the desired processing temperature and kept constant. In this way, the drum heating belt improves the flowability of many substances and facilitates downstream work processes.

The integrated thermostat can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 120 °C. The temperature is controlled simply and clearly via an analogue controller. In this way, the drum heater can be flexibly adapted to different requirements.

Attachment is straightforward using a practical spring-loaded fastener. Thanks to the 230-V Schuko mains connection and the two-metre-long mains cable, the drum heating belt can be positioned flexibly. This facilitates its use at changing locations within the facility.

For an extended heating area, up to three heating belts can be combined with each other. Different heating zones are also possible. The drum heater is therefore suitable for applications in which media must be heated safely, evenly and quickly. As a versatile drum heating belt, it supports efficient processes when processing temperature-sensitive substances.
