AirBoy® Nano4 air cushion machine with extension kit

High operating speed and cost effective – the AirBoy^® Nano4 allows you to produce air cushions quickly and flexibly. Ideal for smaller mailing volumes: you can produce a range of air cushions with different widths and properties at the touch of a button using this high output, cost effective device. The temperature and air volume selected can be varied. Even compostable organic film is easy to turn into air cushions.
Includes an extension kit: after conversion using the extension kit, it is also possible to use all types of film from the AirWave^® product range, along with the AirBoy^® films. They are available in many different qualities –including sustainable alternatives made of paper, compostable organic film or recycled plastic. Rolls of AirWave^® film are longer in length, meaning they need to be changed less often.
