The airwave®pro is a compact premium air cushion machine that was developed for maximum efficiency, speed and quality in the packaging process. With its low weight of around 5.8 kg, it can be used flexibly at any packing station and is ideally suited for professional multi-station environments. The machine processes films from the airwave® series into high-quality air cushion chains and air cushion mats for product protection in the outer carton. Use a variety of different film materials as required: from sustainable bio-film and climate-neutral recycled film to heavy-duty versions. The film rolls also save storage space and optimise material costs. The airwave® pro is designed for continuous operation in terms of functionality and supplies up to 4 packing stations. Its compact design, low energy requirement and modular expandability make it a powerful solution for modern shipping and logistics environments.
