The bulk version of the PadPak Guardian 30 paper cushioning system was specially developed for high packing volumes. In contrast to the proven PadPak Guardian paper machines, this version uses wider paper in a bulk stack. This allows material changes to be significantly reduced for the most efficient production of cushioning material. As a stand-alone unit, the PadPak Guardian 30 Bulk machine produces flexible paper cushions for various applications in product protection – from stable cushions to elastic pads. The larger loading volume supports continuous packaging processes with fewer refills. Thanks to its compact design, the machine can be easily integrated into existing packaging environments and can be used optionally with 1- or 2-ply paper.
