The PadPak Guardian 30 paper padding system was designed for medium to high packing volumes. It differs from the proven Guardian paper machines through its higher performance and the use of a special, wider paper. This allows the system to work even more efficiently and reduces material changeovers. As a stand-alone unit, the Pad Pak Guardian 30 enables the production of flexible paper cushions for various applications in product protection – from stable cushions to elastic pads. The larger loading volume ensures longer run times with fewer refills. Thanks to its compact design, the paper cushioning machine can be easily integrated into existing packaging environments. Can optionally be used with 1- or 2-ply paper.
