PadPak LC paper padding system for bulk pallets

The PadPak Bulk is the ideal solution for companies that require large quantities of cushioning material daily. The system transforms pallet-fed paper into high-quality paper cushions – quickly, reliably, and without extensive set-up times. Thanks to its high processing speed of up to 72 metres per minute, the machine is particularly suitable for packaging areas with medium to high packing volumes. The Bulk system enables the direct processing of an entire paper pallet. Instead of having to change individual rolls, the paper is continuously fed from the pallet – a decisive advantage for a smooth, time-saving packaging flow. The integrated automatic cutting unit separates the cushions precisely to the desired length. During the production process, the paper is formed into stable cushions. These paper pads offer reliable cushioning, securely fix products in the carton, and prevent sensitive goods from slipping. Especially when shipping glass, electronics, or other fragile goods, the cushions provide an added layer of protection.

The PadPak Bulk enables ergonomic working. The working height can be individually adjusted, and additionally, the unit can be tilted by up to 90° – ideal for adapting it to different packing stations or workflows. The machine can be operated in three modes: via pedal for manual, one-off productions, semi-automatically for recurring packaging processes, and fully automatically for series production with a defined paper quantity and predefined lengths.
