AirWave® air cushion film 50% recycled

The air cushion film AirWave® 50 % recycled is a highly developed special film for sustainable goods protection. it consists of over 50 % recycled raw materials, is ClimatePartner certified and can be fully recycled in the recycling circuit after use. the film is compatible with all air cushion machines in the AirWave® series as well as AirBoy® Nano 4.

delivered as compact roll goods, the film is only filled with air directly at the packing station. this creates exactly the amount of cushioning material that is actually needed. the result: a particularly resource-saving packaging concept, in which the cushioning volume consists of around 99 % air. depending on requirements, flexible air cushions for filling voids or stable mats for wrapping and padding can be produced. the air cushions are resistant, durable and also suitable for multiple use. sensitive goods are reliably protected from shocks and breakage – during transport, handling and storage.
