AirWave® Paper air cushion film – ratioform terra brown

The environmentally friendly choice for best product protection: paper lined film on a roll for the AirWave^® air cushion machine. Makes producing protective air cushions easy. The film comes on a roll and thereby saves valuable storage space – because only at the machine is it filled with air.
It can be disposed of in accordance with local regulations for paper and biodegradable plastics, for example with household compost or by placing it in the organic waste bin. AirWave^® paper air cushion film is completely biodegradable in accordance with DIN V 54900-2. It combines the advantages of paper filling and bubble wrap. Air is added to the filling paper, which reduces the amount of material used by approx. 95 – 99%. The film consists of about 85% recycled paper and a blend of starch (potato/corn starch) is laminated onto the paper as seal. The wafer-thin sealing layer is made of a starch based biodegradable bio-film that can be composted. It is bonded to the paper layer using natural adhesive.
