The environmentally friendly alternative to packaging foam: secure and pad products at the same time with the highly flexible Flex terra moulded pulp trays. The moulded pulp tray allows products weighing between 500 grams and 25 kilograms to be fixed in place with packaging that adapts to their contours. It is easy to press the products being sent into the tray. The pyramid shaped cones yield accordingly and adapt perfectly to the shape of the item being sent. The mat can be cut or torn to the required size in no time. Several products can also be placed next to each other. The ideal padding and protection for electronic components, batteries, devices, motors, drives and much more.
Moulded fibre, as an environmentally friendly material, can be fully recycled with waste paper or also be composted, much like coffee filters. The material is known as egg paperboard and also offers the best protection for industrial goods. Waste paper is dissolved in water and hardened using hot air to ensure there is no waste in production.
