L-Box retention packaging – ratioform terra with moulded fibre

Secondary packaging and filling material in one: our L-Box terra retention packaging allows you to send sensitive goods safely and in an extremely environmentally friendly way. The design of the slide box consists of two parts: a single fluted outside box and a moulded fibre mat, which fits perfectly when inserted and fixes goods that are sensitive to impacts in place quick as a flash – and just as securely as conventional foam packaging. Practical: the environmentally friendly padding protection also contains an accessory compartment for small parts such as screws. The ideal packaging for electronics, batteries and much more. The environmentally friendly moulded pulp material is fully recyclable with waste paper, or can be composted just like coffee filters. The material is known as egg carton and also provides ideal protection for industrial goods. For waste free production, waste paper is dissolved in water and cured using hot air. Available as two models: the Premium version features a smooth surface – ideal for sensitive goods. The Basic version is less expensive and is suitable for heavier goods due to its thicker walls.

Tip for size selection: the best protective effect is achieved when the padding material is compressed by 50%. Therefore, add + 25 mm to the external length x width x height dimensions of the goods being sent. Then select the corresponding L-box that suits these measurements.
