Patent-pending shipping solution with shock-absorbing molded fiber and a sturdy outer carton. The self-erecting box is ready for shipping in just a few steps and is suitable for sensitive products such as electronics, glass, or spare parts. This saves storage space, as the outer carton comes flat-packed, the molded fiber inlays are nestable and immediately ready for use.
The environmentally friendly material molded fiber consists of 100% recycled waste paper and can be fully disposed of via the paper recycling cycle – alternatively, it is also compostable, similar to a coffee filter. Known from its use as an egg carton, molded fiber also impresses in industrial environments with its excellent protective effect. Production is waste-free: Waste paper is dissolved in water, formed, and then dried with hot air – entirely without chemical additives.
