With four support elements – to promote the correct lifting technique and improve posture. Helps improve spinal alignment and alleviates any muscular back pain. Distributes the strain on the lower back – much like a weightlifting belt. The elastic side straps allow the brace to be completely undone and worn loosely on the body. The more the side straps are tightened, the greater the support that the brace provides.
