Dust removers – HSM for cardboard perforator ProfiPack P425

The deduster is the ideal complement for the cardboard perforator HSM ProfiPack P425 and ensures a clean, dust-free working environment. When processing cardboard packaging, fine abrasion and loose particles are generated – the deduster reliably removes these directly at the point of origin. This keeps the workplace hygienic, protects equipment, and significantly improves air quality.
With an air volume flow of 200 m³/h and a suction factor of 5000 (relative to the housing volume), the device operates highly efficiently without taking up much space. Its compact, portable design makes the deduster ideal for businesses where flexibility and cleanliness go hand in hand.
The integrated permanent filter reduces operating costs and can be easily cleaned manually: by connecting compressed air, the filter is clean in an instant. A pressure gauge provides information on the filter's condition at all times and helps to maintain optimal suction performance. Additionally, the device features a removable dust collection tray which can be easily emptied.
