In many working environments, employees suffer from intense heat generation, e.g. in the summer months or due to heat radiation from machines, etc. Controlling the temperatures is often difficult here through structural measures or the installation of air conditioning systems. Although conventional fans provide air movement, they do not lower the actual room temperature. Our evaporative cooler provides a remedy here!

The basis of operation of these air cooling devices is cooling by evaporation, which uses the energy exchange between water and air. Evaporative air conditioners cool the air by using the natural process of water evaporation. The air conditioners consist of an evaporation plate, a fan and a cascade system for water distribution. The fan draws in the air from outside and guides it through the evaporation plate, which consists entirely of cellulose and is constantly kept wet by a suitable system that pumps the water. The device is filled with tap water. A powerful fan distributes the air cooled in this way over a large area in the room. There is a choice of three speeds to increase or decrease the fan speed. The pump and fan can also be operated independently of each other.

Further applications are also possible in paint shops, hangars, in the aviation sector, in agriculture and in greenhouses.

The current generation of devices features a certified UV lamp for water disinfection in accordance with directive (EU) 2020/2184 and is suitable for applications with increased hygiene requirements. Improved internal wiring with high-quality cable glands protects electrical components from water ingress. In addition, all four wheels are equipped with brakes and ensure a secure stand during operation.
