Due to the standardised basic construction, this version is cost-efficient and can be delivered within a few weeks. The preconfigured basic versions offer you the ideal entry into the world of prefab offices. At the same time, the modular system of the economy version allows you to design your working environment according to your needs. The robust steel construction, free of perchloroethylene, can be relocated at a later date thanks to crane eyelets or by stacker, meaning you do not have to commit to permanent structural changes. Assembly can be optional at the factory or on site. Optional electrical packages are available for selection to provide light, power and air conditioning. If required, we take care of the logistics right up to the installation site – all from a single source. The ideal model for additional break rooms or hall offices. In the entrance area, the MultiRoom requires no additional threshold at all, which enables an absolutely seamless transition into the interior for pallet trucks or wheelchairs. Thanks to the surrounding tubular steel frame made of solid tubular steel, the stability of the prefab office is still guaranteed. Our electrical packages offer tailor-made solutions for different requirements in modern working environments. They guarantee not only a reliable power supply, but also optimal air conditioning and lighting to create productive and comfortable working conditions. The electrical packages can be perfectly integrated into the MultiRoom series, guaranteeing efficient use of energy and space and thus promoting a pleasant working climate for your teams.
The electrical package Mini / Starter Plus / Office Plus fully equips your prefab office for light, power and air conditioning from the factory. Included are LED ceiling surface-mounted lights, pre-installed double sockets and network sockets as well as an electrical wall convector for room heating. The prefab office is equipped with corresponding cable ducts in which cables as well as sockets and network sockets are routed. An electrical distribution board is also installed from the factory.
