This prefab office is the perfect model for companies wanting to create additional break rooms or hall offices indoors. Due to the standardised basic construction, this version is cost-efficient and deliverable within a few weeks. The preconfigured basic versions offer you the ideal entry point into the world of prefab offices. At the same time, the modular system of the economy version allows you to design your working environment according to your needs. The robust steel construction can be subsequently moved thanks to crane eyelets or also perchloroethylene stacker, meaning you do not have to commit to permanent structural changes. Assembly can optionally take place in the factory or on site. Optional electrical packages are available for selection, which provide light, power and air conditioning. If required, we take care of the logistics right up to the installation site – all from a single source.

They guarantee not only a reliable power supply, but also optimum air conditioning and lighting, in order to create productive and comfortable working conditions. The electrical packages can be perfectly integrated into the MultiRoom series, guaranteeing an efficient use of energy and space and thus promoting a pleasant working climate for your teams.
The electrical package Mini / Starter Plus / Office Plus fully equips your prefab office ex works for light, power and air conditioning. Included are LED surface-mounted ceiling lights, pre-installed double sockets and network sockets, as well as an electric wall convector for room heating. The prefab office is equipped with corresponding cable ducts, in which cables as well as sockets and network sockets are routed. An electrical distribution board is also installed ex works.
