The drum lifting and tilting unit Liftomat L/E enables convenient and safe drum handling from pick-up to controlled emptying. The electro-hydraulic lifting function facilitates the raising and lowering of drums and supports efficient workflows in daily drum logistics.

As a powerful transport device, the Liftomat L/E combines safe lifting, controlled tilting and flexible mobility in a single system. The drum is reliably picked up via a front clamp lock and an upper spindle holder. This ensures that drums are securely fixed during the entire handling process.

The electro-hydraulic drum handling enables a discharge height of up to 1300 mm. This allows drums to be precisely positioned to fill containers, machines or production plants. Tilting is carried out via a hand crank with a self-locking worm gear. This allows controlled movement and precise metering when emptying the drum contents.

Thanks to the integrated wheel set, the transport device is mobile and can be used flexibly at different workstations. The drum handling system is suitable for steel tight-head drums, steel lid drums, rolling hoop drums as well as plastic L-ring, plastic double L-ring and plastic lid drums with a capacity of 110 to 220 litres. Particularly during recurring emptying processes, the transport device supports safe, ergonomic and precise material supply.
