Drum heating jacket ECO – gentle container heater for constant temperatures
The drum heating jacket ECO enables temperature-sensitive media to be heated and kept warm evenly. As a flexible container heater for 200 to 220 litre steel and plastic drums, it supports constant temperature control and helps to maintain the flowability of liquids.
The heating belt is made of high-quality needle-felt polyester and ensures gentle heat transfer at low temperatures. Especially during gentle heating up and keeping warm in the range of approximately 40 to 45 °C, the container heater supports uniform heating of the drum contents. The desired temperature can be flexibly adjusted between 0 and 90 °C via the infinitely adjustable thermostat with analogue/manual temperature controller.
The outside of the heating belt is made of polyurethane-coated nylon. This makes the surface water-repellent, hardwearing and suitable for daily use in industrial environments. The ingress protection IP44 offers additional protection against splashing water and solid foreign bodies.
The heating belt can be quickly and securely fastened to the container/drum with the integrated cargo restraint straps. The 240 V Schuko mains connection and the five-metre mains cable allow for flexible positioning at the workplace. The heating jacket supports efficient work processes by reliably keeping media at temperature and making processing or filling easier.
