Caramba's high-performance drilling and cutting oil is a synthetic, mineral oil-free and chlorine-free metalworking oil, specially developed for machining operations. It provides effective cooling and lubrication during drilling, cutting, turning, milling and forming, thus supporting precise machining results that are gentle on the material.
The specially formulated additives increase tool life, improve the surface finish and cutting speed, and prevent the formation of built-up edges. The lubricant is suitable for machining alloyed and unalloyed steels, cast materials (cast steel, grey cast iron and malleable cast iron), chromium-nickel alloys, titanium, manganese, copper, aluminium and their alloys.
Furthermore, the high-performance drilling and cutting oil is readily biodegradable, very kind to the skin and suitable for minimum quantity lubrication, making it a high-performance, safe and environmentally friendly solution for industrial metalworking processes.
