The Caramba high-performance welding protection offers reliable protection from welding spatter and contributes significantly to protecting workpieces and welding nozzles. The welding protection is sprayed directly onto the workpiece and the welding nozzle immediately before starting work and subsequently allows for smooth welding without impairing the work process.

Thanks to its quality, tested by the Welding Training and Research Institute (SLV) Duisburg, the welding protection is characterised by a particularly low hydrogen input in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1011-2. The non-flammable formulation allows for safe working, even in cavities. The lubricant is silicone-free, suitable for all types of steel and aluminium, and contains active ingredient components based on renewable raw materials which are readily biodegradable. The whitish emulsion with a characteristic odour is easy to apply and supports clean, efficient welding processes.

The high-performance welding protection is suitable for industry, trade and maintenance. It supports clean weld seams, protects workpieces and contributes to a long service life for the welding nozzles.
