The Fischer M137 DuoLine plug Systainer box combines three proven fastening systems in one compact, robust plug box. The combination of DuoPower, DuoTec and DuoBlade enables secure fastenings in numerous building materials. At the same time, the robust, combinable Tanos box ensures convenient transport and organisation on the construction site.
The M137 DuoLine plug Systainer box contains a total of 713 parts. These include 665 x DuoPower, 30 x DuoBlade and 18 x Fischer DuoTec. The DuoPower, as the 2-component plug, adapts to the building material and uses expanding, folding or knotting functions depending on the substrate. The plug is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation. The DuoTec nylon toggle plug is suitable for high loads in all board building materials and enables reliable pre-positioned installation. Installation is carried out with a 10 mm drill bit. The toggle element automatically tilts open behind the board and ensures secure load absorption. In solid building materials such as concrete or wood, the plug functions like an expansion plug. For fast fastenings in plasterboard, the self-drilling DuoBlade is used. The metal tip has heat-resistant properties and prevents the tip from melting, even in double-skinned plasterboard. The DuoBlade is suitable for wood, sheet metal and chipboard screws from 4 to 5 mm thick, as well as for various hooks and eyelets.
