Safety cutter with polystyrene blade – Martor plastic

The SECUNORM 380 combines the handling of a classic cutter with a significantly higher level of safety. As the world's first safety knife with a blade extension of almost 8 cm, it is particularly suitable for depth and demanding cuts without compromising on safety.
The housing made of glass fibre-reinforced plastic ensures stability while keeping weight to a minimum. The extra-long blade is released via a slider and retracts automatically immediately after the cut thanks to the automatic blade retraction. This makes the SECUNORM 380 a low-risk additional model to conventional utility knives in professional use. With the approx. 78 mm long polystyrene blade, items such as 4-ply cardboard, bagged goods, paper webs, expanding foam and much more can be cut completely effortlessly, in addition to polystyrene.
