The PadPak Guardian 30 paper cushioning system was designed for medium to high packing volumes. It differs from the robust Guardian paper machines by its higher performance and the use of a special, wider paper. This makes the system work even more efficiently and reduces material changes. As a floor-standing unit, the Pad polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon Guardian 30 enables the production of flexible paper cushions for different goods protection applications – from stable cushions to elastic pads. The larger loading volume ensures longer runtimes with fewer refills. Thanks to the compact design, the paper cushioning machine can be easily integrated into existing packaging environments. Optional with 1- or 2-ply paper.
