The PadPak Bulk is the ideal solution for companies that require large quantities of cushioning material daily. The system converts paper supplied on pallets into high-quality paper cushioning – quickly, reliably and without complex set-up times. Thanks to the high processing speed of up to 72 metres per minute, the machine is particularly suitable for packaging areas with medium to high packing volumes. The Bulk system enables the direct processing of an entire paper pallet. Instead of having to change individual rolls, the paper is drawn continuously from the pallet – a decisive advantage for a smooth, time-saving packaging flow. The integrated automatic cutting unit cuts the cushioning exactly to the desired length. During the production process, the paper is formed into stable, robust cushions. These paper pads offer reliable cushioning, fix products securely in the box and prevent sensitive goods from slipping. Especially when shipping glass, electronics or other fragile goods, the cushions provide extra protection.

The PadPak Bulk enables ergonomic working. The working height can be adjusted individually, and the unit can also be tilted by up to 90° – ideal for adapting it to different packing stations or workflows. The machine can be operated in three operating modes: perchloroethylene pedal for manual single production, semi-automatic for recurring packaging processes and fully automatic for series production with a defined quantity of paper and predefined lengths.
