With the D 545 horizontal continuous band sealer, you can seal bags and film packaging quickly, reliably and with consistently high quality. The machine is ideal for packaging processes with medium throughput and can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines.

With the horizontal model, products lying flat are processed safely and conveniently. The integrated temperature control system with digital display enables precise adjustment of the sealing parameters for different film materials. An automatic cooling function ensures consistent sealing seams and supports trouble-free continuous operation.

Particularly practical: the integrated conveyor belt can be pulled out, so that longer packs can also be processed. With a throughput speed of up to 10 metres per minute, the D 545 continuous band sealer supports efficient packaging processes in industry, retail and food processing.
